Access your Student Roster, Assessments, and Grade Reporting

Click "Student" in the navigation panel, then select one of the following:
- Student Roster - includes Grades by Grading Period, ID#s, login information, Special Services Accommodations Acknowledgements (see below), and other relevant details
- Student Assessments - This is where you find your LinkIt Pre/Post Test information
- Student Grades Reporting (by month) -This is where to click to pull up your classes as a group to enter passing rates for that particular month
Notifications for Special Services Requiring Acknowledgement
When a student's special service or accommodation is added by PLI's or the school's administrative teams, you will be notified in several ways to ensure you are promptly informed:
- Email Notification: You will receive an email alert detailing the new special service or accommodation

Alert Center Notification: A notification will appear on your landing page, highlighting the update directly within your main dashboard
How to Acknowledge Students' Special Services
Student Special Service & Acknowledgement
- If a student has an IEP, 504, ELL/ESL support, or other special service, you will be required to acknowledge the accommodation in your Student Roster
Complete Acknowledgement
- To acknowledge the accommodation, click the checkbox

Click "OK" on the confirmation message
- The accommodation acknowledgement check box will then change from a highlighted box to a blue check-marked box
Now you can download your Special Services file.
Scroll to your right to find the saved Special Services PDF file
Right-click on that file listing
Click "Open in a new tab"
This action opens the file view in a new tab and also Downloads a copy to your Download Folder which can be accessed in the top right of your browser window with the Down Arrow-Bottom Bracket .
If you click and drag the file, you can save it to your device for future reference and regular review to support Accommodation Needs.
What's Included
In this view, you can access information about any special services or accommodations that have been designated for your students, such as Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), 504 Plans, or ELL support.
