As of Fall 2023, password resets for both PLI Connect and Canvas can now be done in one place, on the PLI Connect login page.
*Note- Resets of Canvas passwords only can no longer be performed in Canvas. Those resets MUST be done in PLI Connect, and the reset will transfer over to Canvas.
1- Click Here: PLI Connect Login Page
2- Enter your ProxLearn email address and click "Continue"
3- To reset the password on an existing account, click "Forgot Password".
This begins the process of resetting your PLI Connect Password AND your Canvas Password at the same time
*****In the event you encounter an error message, PLEASE DO NOT create a new account****
Start the process over one more time
4- You will AGAIN be prompted for your ProxLearn email address.
After entering your email address, click "Reset Password"
5- An email will be sent to your ProxLearn email.
Locate the email and click "Reset Password".
*Note- if you do not see the email in your Proxlearn email inbox, please check your Spam folder in the event that it arrived there instead. Also, please keep in mind it could take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. Clicking refresh on your browser screen a few times may help.
6- You will be navigated back to the PLI Connect login page
a) Enter and re-enter your new password following the above requirements
b) Then click "Reset Password"
7- Now test your login for PLI Connect by clicking here: PLI Connect Login Page
8- Next, test your login for Canvas by clicking here: Canvas Login Page
9- Please record your username and password somewhere safe for future use.
