1. Navigation Menu: Your main site navigation menu.
- Classes: View your current enrollments and open jobs.
- Students: View class rosters and report student assessments and grades to PLI.
- Documents: Access important HR files (e.g., Letter of Agreement, PLI Handbook).
- Payroll: Review your weekly paysheets, issued one week before paychecks to allow time for review and ticket submissions.
2. Meeting Manager: Check your daily schedule, launch live meetings, or note class cancellations. Click View All to see all scheduled classes.
3. Time Off Requests: View your accumulated PTO hours and submit time-off requests.
4. Popular Help Options (Forms): Quickly access critical forms, such as requesting a leave of absence or reporting payroll issues.
5. Action Center: Displays urgent reminders and pending items requiring your attention.
6. Quick Links: One-click access to key platforms: Teacher Hub, Kickup, Canvas, and Paychex.
7. Get Help (Support): Direct access to the PLI Help Desk, ticket creation, and the Office Hours Calendar.
🧭Basic Navigation Appearance
- Hover and/or click any of the top Category headers to activate the drop-down below each except Payroll. Payroll is a direct click.

- Hover or click on "Classes" to see the drop-down menu appear. From there, you can click into that category name.
