Submitting a Solutions Ticket is often the best way to get the help you need. Our team monitors incoming tickets all day long and strives for the quickest, shortest resolution times possible. There are certain instances where the nature of the request or issue needing attention takes longer to investigate and resolve. Sometimes it even involves bringing in expertise from our other teams here at PLI.

Regardless of the time frame involved, our agents will work to communicate regularly with you and keep you updated on the progress and steps involved all the way to resolution.

*Pro-Tip: The more information you can include in your ticket, the quicker we can understand the scope and details of your questions and needs.

From there, your Dashboard will have one option on the bottom left (highlighted in green) and one on the middle right (highlighted in green).

Our Knowledge Base/FAQ Library (Frequently Asked Questions) has an extensive collection of How To style articles for many of the most common questions we field from teachers, students, school personnel, and even for our internal PLI Teams
 

It spans numerous topics dealing with PLI Connect, Canvas, Zoom, device issues, and more. It is best used with keyword searches. In total, we have almost 200 articles with step-by-step breakdowns and associated images to help make procedures as clear as possible.
