I can't see my Notes icon to leave a note about my class
- At times, we see reports of teachers who cannot see the notes icon on their PLI Connect Meeting Manager. In nearly every case, it's a result of the level of Zoom/Magnification in their browser's settings that can be automatically affected by the screen size they are viewing the browser on.
- Adjusting the level of zoom/magnification in or out should eventually make your Notes Icon become visible.

PLI Connect - Meeting Manager:
Windows: Ctrl + + or Ctrl + -
Mac: Cmd + + or Cmd + -

Other Options for Leaving a Note About My Class(es)
- Teachers are able add notes to their classes after the class time has lapsed by using the "meeting history" area in Connect.

Marking a Class as Not Met or Adding a Schedule Change Note in PLI Connect

In PLI Connect, hover over Classes in the menu at the top of the page, and select Meeting History.
- Locate the class that experienced an irregular scheduling event.
- Click the 3 dots in the Notes column of the class details.
- If the class was canceled, choose Class Does Not Meet.
- Enter any relevant details in the Notes section to document the schedule change.
Related to
