On occasion, PLI teachers find that they would like to edit certain curriculum docs or slides to adjust a particular lesson in some way. We do not provide direct access to our materials in our Google drive to non-PLI employees (for security and proprietary purposes), there is no way to extract most Google based documents or slides. To provide your students with direct access to something within our drive you will need to make a copy of the item and share that version with them.
You can access all course slide decks via our Curriculum Shared Drive. Here is a link directly to the "PLI Course Folders" folder; from there you can navigate to the subject, level, and course you need, then the unit, then specific lesson. To make a copy of a lesson, click "File" > "Make a Copy" > "Entire Presentation" [see screenshot A below].
Note: be sure to change the name of the folder to your "My Drive"
