This will allow us to assess 2 different sets of CPU values: Active Processes and CPU Performance
a- Assess active Computer Processes running
Click Processes, then take a screenshot showing CPU gauge of diagnostics (including Perimeter 81 agent if it applies) as well as all points with green arrows and green brackets
If your system is running slow, it is possible that you may have too many Apps and Background Processes running and some may not be necessary for your classroom instruction tasks. If that's the case, consider closing any APPS not essential to your day's instruction.
It it possible that some background tasks can be closed but check with the Solutions team before closing any as many are essential to your computer's regular functioning.
b- Assess CPU Performance
Click Performance, then take a screenshot showing performance diagnostics as well as all values indicated with green arrows and green boxes.
*Please be sure to send all the above Screenshot data (3 screenshots) to the Solutions Team in your ticket.
