Chromebook Diagnostics:
1- Check Chrome OS (Operating System)
A quick way to check the version and other information about your Chrome OS is to open the Settings menu, then select About Chrome OS from the left menu. This will show you the platform version, firmware version, last build date, and more.

2- Check Chromebook CPU usage:
If a Chromebook is running slowly, it could be helpful to check CPU usage to see how hard the processor is working and which apps it's using that are the most taxing.
Chrome Search Bar:
Find it by typing "Diagnostics" in the Chrome search bar, then open the settings section that comes up. Once there, you'll see a live graph depicting CPU usage, as well as temperature and current speed.

3- Check Chrome RAM:
Type “diagnostics” in the Chrome Search Bar, then hit “diagnostics” in the page that comes up.
