To upload a file/image to submit as an assignment, begin by navigating to the assignment that you are needing to submit a file or image.
Select the assignment.
If the assignment has a download option available, select the download button to save the assignment to your computer. The download button is underlined in red in the image below:
Once you have downloaded and completed the assignment offline, select File Upload to begin uploading your assignment to Canvas.
Select Upload File to search for the file on your computer to upload.
Select Choose File to open the file search
Select the file and click Open
The file will show that it is selected on Canvas. Click Submit to send the uploaded file/image to your teacher.
You will get a notification of your latest submission once you have successfully submitted your assignment.
