Operations PODs are comprised of key members of our operations team. This team is crucial in ensuring our clients expectations are met and our teachers are well supported. These teams consist of a Client Success Specialist, Data Specialist, Teaching & Learning Specialist, and a Teacher Accountability Specialist.
You get a POD based on the classes that you agree to teach. If you are not enrolled in classes yet, you will not have a designated POD. Please ensure you are submitting tickets via our Chat Hours (How To Submit A Helpdesk Ticket) and only reach out to the PODs via email if instructed to do so (for example, during Urgent Situations).
